Preparation time: 15 mins
Serving: 4 person


Ingredients:
Curd: 200 grams
Sugar: 4 tablespoon
Black salt: 1 tablespoon
White salt: 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds powder: 1/6 tablespoon
Chat masala: 1/8 tablespoon
Chopped coriander leaves: for garnishing

Method:
1. In a bowl take all the ingredients and give it a whisk for mixing them all.
2. Garnish with chat masala and coriander leaves.


Hope you will enjoy this simple yet tasty rayta.
You can add boondi, cottage cheese cubes, pineapples, grapes, grated lauki, grated kheera etc to it, to add some crunchiness while serving and that looks quite beautiful as well.
